Bilal Barrage is a French-Lebanese couture house creating made-to-measure evening gowns, bridal and event couture. Each piece is cut to the client’s own measurements, made in about ten days and delivered worldwide, including Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
