Where we ship from

All pieces are hand-finished and dispatched from our atelier in Antelias, Lebanon.

Carrier

Orders are shipped by international express courier (DHL Express or an equivalent courier), insured and tracked, with a signature required on delivery. You receive a tracking link as soon as your piece leaves the atelier.

Processing times

  • Ready-to-wear: dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of your order.
  • Couture and made-to-measure: produced to your measurements in about 10 days for most pieces; bridal and heavily embroidered pieces take longer. Your dispatch date is confirmed in writing before production begins.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

  • Lebanon: 1 to 2 business days
  • Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia: 3 to 5 business days
  • France, European Union and United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days
  • United States and Canada: 4 to 6 business days
  • Rest of the world: 4 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates given by the courier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance or events beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout according to destination and weight, or included in your written quotation for couture commissions.

Customs duties and taxes

Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are paid by the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing before dispatch. They are set by the destination country, are not included in the price paid on our website, and are usually collected by the courier before delivery. We declare every shipment accurately and cannot mark a purchase as a gift.

Refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is refused or returned unclaimed, including because duties were not paid, return shipping and any charges incurred will be deducted from any amount owed to the client.

Returns

All returns and exchanges are sent to our atelier: Gebara Building, 7th Floor, Salhab Street, Antelias, Metn, Lebanon. Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable once production has started.
