Refund policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed with Bilal Barrage, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (registered office: Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, US). 1. Made-to-measure and couture pieces

  • Deposit. A couture or made-to-measure commission is confirmed by a deposit, as set out in your written quotation. The deposit is non-refundable once you have approved the design.
  • Before design approval. You may cancel a commission in writing before approving the design.
  • Once production starts. Made-to-measure pieces are cut and made to your individual measurements and are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started. Production starts after design approval and confirmation of your measurements, which we acknowledge in writing.
  • Alterations. Pieces for clients abroad are made with seam allowances for final adjustment. Tell us about any fit issue within 14 days of delivery, with photographs. Where a piece does not match the measurements and design you approved, we will correct it at our cost. Minor final adjustments are guided by the atelier and may be carried out by a local tailor. Changes you request to an approved design or to measurements you supplied are quoted separately.

2. Ready-to-wear

  • Ready-to-wear pieces are final sale and are not refundable.
  • Exchanges. You may exchange a ready-to-wear piece for another size or piece within 10 days of receipt. The piece must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us to start an exchange.

3. Damaged or defective items

If an order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will assess it and repair or replace the piece; if neither is possible, we will refund the amount paid for that piece.

4. Returns address and return shipping

All returns and exchanges are sent to our atelier: Bilal Barrage, Gebara Building, 7th Floor, Salhab Street, Antelias, Metn, Lebanon. Contact us before sending anything so we can confirm the return. Return shipping is paid by the client, unless the piece arrived damaged or defective. Pieces must be sent insured and tracked. Customs duties paid on the original delivery are not refundable by us.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.
