Delivery

Bilal Barrage delivers worldwide from its atelier in Beirut. A significant part of the house's work travels to the Gulf, and the process below is written with those clients in mind.

Where we deliver

We ship to Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia, as well as to Lebanon, France, the rest of Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. If your country is not listed, write to us.

Timing

Ready-to-wear

In-stock pieces are dispatched within two to three working days. Transit to the Gulf is typically three to five working days with an express courier, so most clients receive a ready-to-wear piece within a week of ordering.

Couture and made-to-order

Construction takes approximately ten days for most pieces, longer for heavily embroidered gowns and for bridal. Delivery follows the same transit times above. For a wedding, engagement or gala we ask for six to eight weeks from first consultation where possible — see Made to Measure for the full process.

Shorter timelines are often possible. Tell us your date and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Shipping and insurance

Every piece is dispatched from our atelier in Beirut by international express courier, insured and tracked, with a signature required on delivery. Gowns travel in protective garment packaging. You receive tracking as soon as the piece leaves the atelier.

Duties and taxes

Customs duties, import charges and local taxes are paid by the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing before dispatch. They are collected by the courier before delivery and vary by country and by declared value.

We declare every shipment accurately. We do not under-declare value, and we cannot mark a commissioned garment as a gift.

Collection in person

Clients who prefer to collect their piece in person are welcome to, at our atelier in Antelias, by appointment. Arrange it when your piece is confirmed and we will have it ready. The atelier address is on the contact page.

Returns

Ready-to-wear may be returned in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation policy. Made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable once production has started. The full terms are in our Shipping Policy.
